• Collection of deceased to our Place of Rest.*
• Making the necessary arrangements, following your instructions – booking a minister (if you require one), newspaper announcements, and flowers. (Any additional costs will be included in the final account.)
• All gravedigging costs.
• Provision of a dark green hearse with staff dressed in grey and green.
• Commemorative name plaque and placement at the burial plot.
• The planting of a native tree of your choice from our list of trees.
• Viewing of the deceased in our chapel of rest.

* Collection is within 20 mile radius of Hinton Park and during normal office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays). We can collect from any area in the UK but additional charges will be made for longer distance journeys or those undertaken outside normal working hours.

• Church Service:
  We are pleased to arrange a visit to any denomination of Church before proceeding to Hinton Park for a committal service. We do not use bearers, but wheel the coffin decorated with flowers either to be placed within the Church prior to the Service, or in procession with the family as required. We find this to be far more personal. We would then proceed to Hinton Park in the usual manner, with the family following.

• Transport Costs:
  The above standard burial is with a lead vehicle only, meeting the family at the Church. Our lead vehicle is a green Mercedes Elegance estate car. Additional cars are also available to carry family and friends, including a green Mercedes Limousine and Mercedes Saloon. These are available from £120 & £95 per car respectively. There will be additional transport costs if the vehicles have to attend outside a 20 mile radius of Hinton. However, there is no problem with additional distance.

• Church Costs:
  Fees are required by the Minister and if you wish to have an Organist they require additional fees. We will establish these costs, paying them before the Service, and will include them on your final Invoice.

• Outdoor Religious Service Costs:
  During fair weather a full service may be held at the plot or a short committal service only. We make no charge for this, but a Minister will require a fee.

• Name Plaque:
  A small plaque showing the name, dates, and a short message of approx 30 letters. This is included within our burial and cremation packages.

• Administration Costs:
  When a collection occurs out of Office Hours, we make a minimum charge of £120.

• Catering:
  We offer catering and refreshments after a burial service has taken place.
