Facilities at Hinton Park
Hinton Park has first class facilities available to the families and friends of loved ones before, during and after the burial or cremation. We welcome you to come along and visit us and see our woodland setting at first hand.

We pride ourselves on our caring, compassionate approach and on the quality of our trained staff. We have many letters of thanks reflecting our genuine compassion, understanding and support, and we always have time and a warm welcome for those who pop by to visit their departed ones or simply come to look around. For many, a woodland burial plot is less final than a more traditional burial and offers a chance to sit in peace in tranquil, natural surrounds, in harmony with the countryside and close to one's departed loved one. It is common to see relatives visit and spend time simply walking or sitting and enjoying a coffee with us. At Christmas we hold a very popular carol service for those who are facing their first Christmas after the loss of their loved one.

Place of Rest Place of Rest
A quiet place of rest is available to visit your loved ones before the funeral. Please call Hinton Park to arrange a time that is most suitable.

Reception Reception Facilities
Our purpose-built building can host receptions after the service, with catering if required, and can also host indoor services for up to 100 people. The reception building is an attractive distinctive round building and has toilets, comfortable seating for up to 70 people and is also where the main offices for Hinton Park are based. Here, you can meet with friendly Hinton Park staff to discuss any aspects of woodland burial, information about plot purchases or to discuss making final arrangements. There are discreet offices where you can talk in privacy with our caring, compassionate staff.

Vehicles Vehicles
Our vehicles are used for collection of your loved one and for transportation of relatives and friends at the burial service. The vehicles we use are a fleet of dark green Mercedes. These include a green Mercedes estate instead of a black hearse, and a green Mercedes limousine. Our drivers wear grey. Collection of the deceased can be at any time, day or night, and there is no restriction on distance for collection or for transportation of friends and relatives, although there will be additional charges for distances outside of a 20 mile radius of Hinton Park, and collections made outside normal office hours.

Special Vehicle for Infirm Special Vehicle for Infirm
If anybody attending a burial has difficulty with reduced mobility, we have a silent electric buggy which we often use to transport up to 6 people within the grounds of Hinton Park. This helps those who have difficulty with walking the distance from the reception building to the burial ground.

Catering Arrangements
We are able to provide catering arrangements to suit your needs within our building at Hinton Park. Please contact our staff who will be happy to discuss your requirements and explain our facilities.
